Breakdown

Did a breakdown lead to a new intimacy between the three parties ( the observer, the pusher and the being pushed ) ? Or is intimacy the trigger of a breakdown ? In relationship, intimacy vs breakdown - which one comes first ?

Perhaps intimacy and breakdown occurs as one. One can't exist without the other.
